How do I return an item?
Packaging SUPPLY customers may return the unused item in its original packaging for any reason within 30 days. MACHINE refunds will require a phone conversation before initiating. A refund of the SUPPLY merchandise and taxes will be given, however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded unless Basic Packaging Supply or the manufacturer is at fault for damaged or defective goods. In the case that Basic Packaging Supply or the manufacturer is at fault for damaged or defective goods, Basic Packaging Supply will issue a UPS label for free return shipping or arrange pickup with a freight carrier in the case of larger orders. If Basic Packaging Supply or the manufacturer are not found to be be at fault then the customer will be responsible for shipping charges as well as any applicable restocking charges ranging from 15-25% of the purchase price depending on the products returned.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original credit account, for example.

If your Internet/phone order was delivered by truck and would like to arrange a pickup of the merchandise you would like to return, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-998-8766 between 8am-4pm EST Mon-Friday. Return delivery fees may apply.
