ARPAC Hot Plate Tunnels feature a solid heated COHRlastic® belt designed to control the location and seal on shrink wrapped products. As the package passes over the heated area of the conveyor, heat causes the seal seams to be pulled underneath or to the sides of the product. Heavy duty variable speed blowers create a high velocity recirculating air system that ensures a contour fit and controls the location of seals by forcing hot air to all points and surfaces of the package.

ARPAC Hot Plate Tunnels are equipped with thermocouple temperature controls, solid belt conveyors, calrod heating elements and UL listed control panels. Tunnels are available in either single or dual zones and are offered with a Steel-It paint or stainless steel finish.
